SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that consumers are legally entitled to receive.

SECTION 23 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING ORDERS

FerraPure may offer products on a recurring subscription basis.

Subscription Frequency

Unless a different delivery frequency is selected and clearly displayed before purchase, subscription orders renew every 30 days.

Automatic Renewal

By selecting a subscription product, you authorise FerraPure or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method automatically at the applicable recurring interval until the subscription is cancelled.

The recurring price and frequency will be displayed before you complete your initial purchase.

Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To reduce the likelihood of the next payment being processed before the cancellation takes effect, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If a renewal has already been processed or an order has already entered fulfilment, we may not be able to stop that individual shipment.

Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Subscription Refunds

Our voluntary 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the first eligible shipment in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Renewal orders are not automatically covered by the voluntary Satisfaction Guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.

This does not affect any statutory refund or cancellation rights.

Future Changes to Subscription Rules

We will operate subscription services in accordance with the consumer laws applicable at the relevant time.

Where applicable law introduces additional requirements regarding renewal reminders, cancellation mechanisms or cooling-off rights, we will update our subscription processes and policies accordingly.

SECTION 24 — REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returns, refunds and our voluntary satisfaction guarantee are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Our Refund Policy includes information about:

  • The 90-day unopened-product return period

  • Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • The 2-hour order cancellation window

  • Shipping fees

  • Damaged products

  • Lost packages

  • Subscription orders

  • Refund processing

Nothing in the Refund Policy or these Terms restricts statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 25 — UK CONSUMER RIGHTS

Customers purchasing online in the United Kingdom may have statutory rights in addition to FerraPure's voluntary policies.

Depending on the circumstances and type of product, these rights may include a legal cancellation period for eligible distance purchases.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply, including in relation to specific sealed goods where legal health or hygiene exceptions apply after the seal has been broken.

Our voluntary 90-day policies do not replace your statutory rights.

Where our Terms or Refund Policy provide greater protection than the minimum required by law, the more favourable voluntary policy may apply subject to its stated conditions.
